Asco Travel B.V. (trading as Asco Car Hire) is a proud member of the ANVR (Dutch Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators) and SGR (Dutch guarantee fund for prepaid travel money). This means security because we work according to the ANVR travel and booking conditions, agreed with the Consumers Association.
The SGR label also provides financial certainty. Your destination may be far from home, but what happens in the event of a disaster there? We are also affiliated with the Dutch foundation Stichting Calamiteitenfonds Reizen.
Please note that an fee of 5 EUR is automatically added to each booking to activate the SGR guarantee.

SGR Guarantee Scheme
Asco Travel B.V. (trading as Asco Car Hire) is a registered participant of Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden (SGR). Holidays listed on this website are covered by SGR’s guarantee, within the terms of the SGR guarantee scheme.
Under SGR’s guarantee, consumers shall have their prepaid travel sum refunded if their counterparty is unable to fulfil its contractual obligations due to financial inability. Insofar as the agreement includes the transport and the destination has already been reached, the return trip will be arranged.

Your destination may be far from home, but what happens in the event of a disaster there? Asco Travel B.V. (trading as Asco Car Hire) is also affiliated with the Dutch foundation Stichting Calamiteitenfonds Reizen. The guarantee offered by the Calamiteitenfonds entails that you, as a consumer participating in a holiday organised by us:
➤ will be reimbursed for all or part of your travel sum in the event that we cannot provide the holiday in full or in part due to an emergency;
➤ will be compensated for any additional costs in the event that we are forced to change the holiday or repatriate you prematurely due to an emergency.
An emergency is understood to mean an abnormal event due to an act of war or a natural disaster.
