Rental Prices in EURO and valid from 15 August 2011 till 14 August 2012. All rates include VAT, Unlimited mileage, Airport Transfers, Theft Insurance, Full Third Party Insurance, and 90% Comprehensive Insurance.
! Our SPECIAL starts as from 1 December 2011 		As from 1 December 2011 our Reduced Excess structure changes. Reduced Excess 3 will carry a minimum amount of N$ 1,500.00 but will include additional cover for following damages: *Sandblast Damages *One Damaged Tyre *Windscreen / Glass Damages *Single Vehicle Accidents (negligence excluded) - The minimum excess amount of N$ 1,500.00 is always applicable.

All rentals have a minimum duration of six days. Over the period Christmas–New Year there might be a surcharge on rentals of less than 14 days.

 PLEASE NOTE
Due to harsh driving circumstances in Southern Africa (off-road, gravel roads, heat, dust) the built-in CD player of the vehicle may fail to work. If you want to play your preferred music please bring a MP3 player or USB stick with recordings. If necessary you can buy at our counter a Wireless FM Transmitter (N$ 150.00) to connect to the vehicle audio system.

LUGGAGE
arrange your luggage

We recommend you bring soft bags to store your luggage in while traveling. Hard-shell cases may be difficult or even impossible to fit in some vehicles. The suitcases you don’t need can be stored at our depot during your holiday.

ONE-WAY FEES

Drop off & Pick up of vehicles in a location other than Windhoek is available on request.

OUR PERSONAL AND FREE OF CHARGE SERVICE

After arriving from a long and stressful overseas flight, we will meet you at the airport and take you to our Asco offices or your accommodation (within Windhoek) free of charge. This transfer is also valid, should you decide to only collect the vehicle a few days after arriving. When collecting the vehicle, we will explain you the use of the 4x4 in detail. In case you would like your car to be equipped with (a) children-seat(s) -for children 1 to 7 years old- please let us know at the time of booking. We'll be happy to install it for you.
